You must check the goods at time of delivery and note any obvious shortages or damages on the delivery check sheet. Claims for faulty, damaged or defective parts must be notified within 14 days for the provision of free of charge goods. Notification after 14 days may incur charges.

Cancelations may be accepted up to 10 working days prior to delivery. We reserve the right to apply costs for any materials purchased to manufacture your specific product.

All conservatories and bases are manufactured to your specific order and therefore there is no right of return.
